The arb. trib. doesn't have to follow the procedures of the ord. courts - nthg unusual about that.
Also in BE, the Latin presumption suggests rites means procedures: omnia praesumntur rite et solemniter esse acta -> the courts presume the proper formalities for a Last Will & Testament etc. have been followed to make it valid. Challengers crawling out of the woodwork have to come up with plausible proof that they haven't.
