"Signora XXXX' refers to "il coniuge" ( i.e. the spouse - always masculine in Italian, even when referring to a woman), and should be separated from the rest of the sentence by two commas. The lack of the correct punctuation makes the sentence ambiguous. "E' intervenuta sentenza" is typical legalese for "a decree has been issued". See the first article in the link below for an example.

"La coniuge", though possible in theory, is very rare, especially in legalese, where it is normal to use the masculine form to refer to either spouse. This is another example of how the word is used in legal texts:

I agree on the commas that should "braket" the signora's name.
But the "è intervenuta con" makes little sense in Italian, the CON is horrible and stands for the English WITH after a verb, though not in this case. The sentence should perhaps mean that "The verdict did not reach the lady". Also, is this a NISI divorce - a standby before the final deed?
