kiccacap, as Giovanni points out, I have apparently mislead you in your choice, even though I still maintain that svincolare is, according to my Cambridge dictionary, to release (as he confirmed) or to clear, but not necessarily through customs...

no customs, it's when you withdraw goods arrived at RW station and pay freight and sign the waybill for receipt
