"encumbrance: a claim or liability that is attached to property or some other right and that may lessen its value, such as lien or mortgage; any property right that is not an ownership interest"
my lawyer wife tells me that trascrizioni passive include usufruct, easement, partial assignment of property rights etc
To include the trascrizione idea, it may be best to put 'registered encumbrances'
