Da Italiano a Inglese Legale/Brevetti Legale: Contratti Sales Conditions
Maybe I'm not understanding the gist of this sentence, but it seems to me that the writer chose the wrong word here (esonerare). In my opinion this phrase is stating the exact opposite of what the sales conditions should be trying to state. Shouldn't the word permettere be in place of esonerare?

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
