Hello everybody from the Italian East coast!
My doubt is related to this term in this context:
"dichiarano i venditori di essere pieni ed esclusivi proprietari di quanto venduto in virtù di possesso pacifico ed indisturbato da oltre un ventennio, nonostante ogni diversa ***intestazione catastale***.
Any help is welcome! (especially for the whole last sentence...

It means the sellers are claiming title to the property having occupied it for 20 years, even though the property might be registered in someone else's name at the Land Registry
