Is there an exact term for these two terms in English, can't seem to find anything convincing:
La decorrenza delle imputazioni al bilancio della società ***incorporante *** delle operazioni compiute dalla società ***incorporanda ***avveniva a decorrere dal 1° gennaio dell’anno di iscrizione dell’atto di fusione nel registro delle imprese competente anche ai fini fiscali.
Per effetto di tale operazione, la Società assumeva tutte le attività, passività, impegni ed oneri della società incorporanda, comunque acquisiti o assunti alla data di fusione
Incorporanda is the "surviving company" the other company would then be the incorporated company?
I can't figure out the proper terms..... any help greatly appreciated.
