Italiano term

cointestazioni senza sviluppo

Da Italiano a Inglese Affari/Finanza Finanza (generale)
This term is in a table listing different types of companies. What type of 'partnership' is this. 'without development' doesn't really work - has anyone heard of an 'undeveloped partnership'? Unfortunately there is no other context.
Proposed translations (Inglese)
2 joint accounts without movements

Discussion

Judith McLean (asker) Nov 14, 2008:
It's a user guide written for banks listing codes to use in an online information system i.e. to input information on their clients. The table is simply different types of companies or organizations such as Cooperative, Limited liability company, Public Body, Sole Trader etc with their respective codes. Hope that helps.
James (Jim) Davis Nov 14, 2008:
Tell us about 1) the document, is it written by a bank? If not what? 2) What is the heading/purpose of the table? What are the other items in the table?

joint accounts without movements

pretty sure about cointestazioni, will be accounts held in the name of two or more companies (so they don't list all the types of companies). As for "senza sviluppo", it basically means "without anything developing from it" which is so vague it needs interpretation for translation.

My interpretation is that the account has not been used, no movements on it.
