This term is in a table listing different types of companies. What type of 'partnership' is this. 'without development' doesn't really work - has anyone heard of an 'undeveloped partnership'? Unfortunately there is no other context.

pretty sure about cointestazioni, will be accounts held in the name of two or more companies (so they don't list all the types of companies). As for "senza sviluppo", it basically means "without anything developing from it" which is so vague it needs interpretation for translation.

Comment: "Thanks for your answer. In the end I'm leaving it in Italian - the client says it's a term from the Bank of Italy but it doesn't appear in any of their other documents so they prefer it stays in Italian."
