We need to be much more concise in English; we don't usually end letters with such lengthy formalities as one does in Italian.
I would leave out the word "professional". I would hazard it goes without saying, and it sounds stilted in English.
Note, I am not completely convinced that "incontro" means a "professional meeting". It might be an interview, or even some kind of organized event. You may need to adjust my translation (if chosen) depending on this factor.
