It's a document entitled "Accordo Integrativo al contratto di agenzia", that accompanies the agency contract that I translated last week.

Can I translate it simply as "rider", or is there a more specific term in English? Sorry, but this isn't really my field :-(

could also be a rider, but a supplementary agreement would tend to be more an agreement in its own right than a rider.
