Here are the instructions for adjustment of the flexibility of the balloon arm.
Adjustment of Vertical Balance
Bring the balloon arm to a level, then turn the bolt around by using the hexagon wrench attached this system.
Turn left/right if the arm comes of itself down/up, respectively.
