When cleaning up a file I get the message '31051 Invalid record reference in C\Prog files\Trados\T5_FL\TT\TMS...

How can I fix this problem?

Generally, could you please provide details regarding software versions (full version number for Trados applications, please) and file types when submitting a query - this avoids guesswork. Thanks.

Also, you may want to use the forum search (as this issue was discussed a year ago - the asker might sound familiar...), or the Trados Knowledge Base, which contains an article suggesting remedies. This article was also mentioned in the old forum thread, plus you can retrieve it by simply entering the error number in the KB search.
