Hi! I have the whole Office 365 package installed, but I am not using Outlook as an e-mail client, but rather Gmail. But after I reinstalled my system (Windows 10) Outlook opens up when I create return packages. How can I stop this?
(I believe this has been covered here before, but I am not able to find the solution.) Roy

Well, in case you struggled to use the ProZ.com forum search function correctly, here are some threads to start you off (I did not actually read any of them):

My system Win10 is set to Thunderbird as default mail program, but I am prompted too for Outlook when creating the return package.

Thanks. It seems the following solution may work: "Thank you for your replies! I managed to fix it by starting the account configuration process in Outlook, and after that I no longer get prompted to open Outlook."
Seems rather strange that something like this or some of the other workarounds is needed to disable Outlook from opening. There surely must be some sort of hidden setting in Studio that sparks Outlook - why SDL themselves can't solve this is a real mystery to me, and not pleasing.
