To be honest, I'm not to keen on what Linguee throws up for this, mostly "photo protocol."

Original context is from a slide promoting a series of seminars aimed at increasing the management skills of people with a technical background. The term appears in one of three bullet points describing the content of the seminar:

I asked the person who produced the presentation, and received the following explanation:
Dabei handelt es sich um Foto Protokolle, die während des Tages von den einzelnen Flipchart Blättern erstellt werden.
