Für das Oberflächeninspektionssystem surfaceControl in der Automobilproduktion hat die INB Vision AG einen ‚***Digitalen Abziehstein***‘ entwickelt. Dieses Verfahren wird nun erstmals auf Kunststoff-Tankklappen eingesetzt. Im Unterschied zum Prüfverfahren aus dem Presswerk und Karosseriebau auf Blechen erfolgt das Abziehen in diesem Fall nicht physisch, sondern digital. Die Oberfläche wird nicht taktil, sondern optisch abgezogen und somit nicht beschädigt. Nachdem der 3D-Sensor die Tankklappe optisch erfasst hat, wird analog zur Länge des physischen Abziehsteins eine virtuelle Strecke definiert.
