French term

SCE à 37C

French to English Medical Medical (general) laboratory tests
Hi,

I have various footnotes attached to the reference values of a liver function test:
"SCE à 37C" is for "Lactate Désydrogénase" with reference values "125 - 250).
I have other acronyms for other tests like SFBC (société française de biologie clinique) and IFCC (International Federation of Clinical Chemistry).
Any ideas for "SCE"?
Thanks

Joanna

@Phil Medic or not, please consider posting your suggestion; I'm convinced it's right.
joanna menda (asker) Jan 15, 2019:
Thanks Phil. That might make sense (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3233744). I am not a medic either so am crossing my fingers someone will confirm this for us.
philgoddard Jan 15, 2019:
I'm not a medic so I've no idea if this makes sense, but I found "Scandinavian Committee on Enzymes".
