- rather than 'Heads of Claim' because
1. we dion't know what these benefits or obliugations might be and
2. the phrase has to collocate with '...me reclama..' without duplicating the claims word.

: I can't find uses of this phrase in legal English - your source still doesn't have this phrase in it. If this were a term of art, we should be able to find thousands of uses on the web.

You shouldn't be able to find this use, but should know from experience: https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frcp/rule_8 //That's a logical fallacy. There are many Anglo-Am. legal drafting terms that don't Google. 'Nunquam in Googlo, nunquam in mundo'.
