Seeing as it's comparing the groups I think "significant difference" would work best.

I also thought it must be a kanji spelling mistake of 有意差, but a google/yahoo search for 優位差 produces a large number of hits and I didn't think they could all be mistakes. But looking at them again, they probably are. |
