English term
reverse placement
English to German
Law/Patents
Law (general)
"Whereas the Office is willing to follow a scheme of **reverse placement** of members of X's staff at the national or international institutions who have placed their experts at X"
"Where the interest of X so requires, in the exchange of letters, X may request the expert's employer to authorise and organize the **reverse placement** of a member of X's staff, under terms and conditions equivalent to those offered by X to the expert."

This is what it sounds like to me, though I admit I can't really find anything for the specific term "reverse placement", either.
It does sound suspiciously like the concept of secondment, though.

Note from asker:

Discussion
Also entweder: Gegenseitige temporäre Stellenbesetzung ODER Abordnung.
Wäre meine Idee dazu!
