Ticking off This is from a list of things checked in a test and everything normal will be ticked "no comments" or "pass" or something similar. Maybe even "normal". I haven't actually seen a similar test in English so I do not know which one they chose but it could be one of these three.

Physically normal

To me, this seems to imply that the lung function is physically (somatically) normal but that the patient due to anxiety or other mental reasons experiences problems. But that is a matter of interpretation.

physiologically normal

Since it is the function of the lung that is being assessed, I would have assumed that the lungs are deemed to be physiologically normal. Compare to eg klin fys = klinisk fysiologi.

Tack!
neutral Karin and Folke Nettelblad (Folia Textproduktion HB) : I agree that it is not fully unambiguous, but I judge that "fysiologiskt" is less likely as it wouldn't really add information. Also, Google gives 3 hits for "fysiskt u a" (all in a medical record context), none for "fysiologiskt u a".

One of those cases where it might be best to ask the client.
neutral Anna Herbst : My guess is physiological, but I would ask a medical practitioner before making a decision.

Absolutely.
neutral Gayle Rolando (X) : In Swedish - it does seem to be "fysisk u a", and it seems that the test is one of lung function, but a search on physical in English tends to refer to the patients ability to do physical things. So my guess would be physiological in English.
