• The practice of daily allowances (per diem) for project participants and employees shall be avoided. As a general rule only real costs can be covered / reimbursed.

However, in the event of cancellation by xxxx, xxxx will continue to be entitled to receive the fees referred to in paragraph 3.1 (even if no longer providing the service) until such time as an alternative representative or other solution has been registered with the tax authorities.
THIRD.-
3.1 As consideration for the representation services described herein, xxxx shall pay to xxxx the total amount of xxxx Euros per annum, to be invoiced annually in advance, plus Value Added Tax if applicable.
3.2 These amounts shall be updated annually in accordance with the official inflation index.
3.3 These fees include the signing of routine declarations and other documents as prepared and approved by xxxx's financial advisers and dealing with documents received. All official and other communications received will be opened and forwarded, being sent by normal mail with pre-advice by email where considered necessary. Exceptional costs will be chargeable to xxxx.
3.4 The payment of the invoices of xxxx is due 30 days from invoice date by nominative cheque or bank transfer.
3.5 In the case of delay in payment, interest on the outstanding balance will be charged, at the discretion of xxxx, at a rate of one percent per month or part month. Furthermore, xxxx reserves the right to take any legal action to order to protect its interests, in relation to the services being provided.
FOUR.-
4.1 The services being rendered depend on a close collaboration with the financial and legal advisors of xxxx. If xxxx decides to change its advisors, xxxx reserves the right to review the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4.2 It should be understood that this agreement does not envisage the provision of legal, fiscal or other advisory services and the intervention of xxxx is limited to the role defined.
4.3 xxxx shall not be responsible for any deficiencies in the provision of services not rendered by itself or its own personnel. Hence, xxxx shall not be held liable for any damages and prejudicial consequences which could accrue to xxxx, as consequence or in relation with the normal or abnormal rendering services by third parties contracted in good faith.
4.4 Any interaction with non-US Government Officials, in connection with this Agreement, will require prior written notice and approval by xxxx on a case by case basis.
Should a non-US Government Official interact with xxxx, xxxx shall be notified prior to any response being made where possible, or as soon as is reasonably possible after the event.
For the purpose of this Agreement, “Government Official” means any officer or employee of any government or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, or of any government-owned or government-controlled corporation or any public international organization, or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any such government or department, agency, instrumentality, corporation or public international organization.
FIVE.-
5.1 xxxx hereby warrant that all the information and documents provided or to be provided to xxxx for the purposes of providing the services described in this agreement, shall be true and correct in all material respects and undertakes to keep xxxx informed of any relevant resolution or decision taken by the Group’s executive officers.
5.2 xxxx furthermore undertakes and agrees to hold harmless xxxx and its representative xxxx from all and any claims (including reasonable legal costs), demands, actions and causes of action for debts, liens, obligations and liabilities of every kind and character whatsoever which any person or persons, corporation, partnership, association or organization, whether private or public, administrative agency or department may or assert against xxxx or xxxx, arising or resulting from, or in connection with the performance of duties deriving from this agreement and not directly attributable to the gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud of xxxx or its representatives.
Furthermore, since neither xxxx nor xxxx are involved in the decision-making processes of xxxx, they will also be held fully harmless in respect of the consequences of all and any such decisions.
5.3 It will be the responsibility of xxxx to respond to the documents notices, etc, received a the corporate domicile of the Company, xxxx being solely responsible for the communication of same to xxxx or their representative, within one week unless alternative procedures are agreed in writing.
SIX.-
6.1 The Agreement shall terminate:
e) By the application of the terms and conditions referred to in clause 2 of this Agreement.

g) In the event of cessation of activity or liquidation of either party.
h) For any other legal cause.
6.2 In no case shall the tolerance of incompliance of any of the obligations specified in this agreement for a period of time by either party, be construed as a modification thereto.
SEVEN.-
7.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

3.2 Esta cantidad se actualizará cada año conforme al índice oficial de inflación.
3.3 Dichos honorarios comprenderán la firma de las declaraciones habituales y de otros documentos que preparen y aprueben los asesores financieros de xxxx y la gestión de los documentos recibidos. Todas las comunicaciones, oficiales o no, que se reciban se abrirán y enviarán por correo ordinario (y en caso de ser necesario, se notificarán previamente por correo electrónico). 6.2 La tolerancia de cualquiera de las partes del incumplimiento de alguna de las obligaciones especificadas en el presente contrato durante un periodo de tiempo determinado nunca se interpretará como una modificación de este último.

7.1 El presente contrato se regirá e interpretará de conformidad con las leyes de España.

The medical centre has greatly impacted the lives of children in Kapsoya location. The Uptake and follow-up of The Kenya Expanded Programme on Immunization (KEPI) by the community is very poor. From the Family Strengthening Programme Only about 20% of the children have completed immunization cards showing the children as fully immunized.
In the month of June the nurses visited 5 villages in the location and a total of 433 children were immunised. Immunizations given include BCG, Oral Polio, Pentavalent, Pnemo coccal, and Measles. From this community outreach we are able to note a lot of missed opportunities for children below 5 years as most of the parents assumed that immunization is up to 9 months hence they do not follow-up after that.

El centro médico ha tenido una influencia enorme en las vidas de los niños del área de Kapsoya. Únicamente el 20 % de los niños del Programa de Fortalecimiento Familiar han completado las tarjetas de inmunización que confirman que cuentan con todas las vacunas.
En junio, las enfermeras visitaron cinco aldeas de la región y se inmunizó a un total de 433 niños. Se administraron la BCG, la vacuna de polio oral, la pentavalente, la neumocócica y la del sarampión. Basándonos en estos trabajos en el ámbito comunitario, podemos apreciar que los niños menores de cinco años, en numerosas ocasiones, han desaprovechado la oportunidad de ser vacunados porque los padres creen que la inmunización solo se realiza hasta los nueve meses y, consiguientemente, no hacen un seguimiento posterior.

In 2013, the nutrition programme enhanced promotion of a holistic and life-cycle approach to nutrition services, ensuring the inclusion of treatment, promotion and prevention in one Basic Nutrition Services Package (BNSP) at both facility and community level. The BNSP includes the management of acute malnutrition; micronutrient support;Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF); maternal nutrition; deworming; promotion of appropriate food fortification; monitoring and surveillance;the prevention and management of common childhood illnesses as well as immunizations.
Given that behaviour change is a complex issue that often requires action at community and individual level, the nutrition programme employed a variety of approaches to promote behavioural changes. This included a drive to ensure full coverage of Community Health Workers (CHWs), which hasnow become a xxxx Somalia flagship programme. Furthermore, a Joint Resilience Strategy has been developed with a strong focus on community-led programming, with CHWs forming a major activity in the Access to Basic Services Pillar as part of the Joint Strategy. Therefore, it is expected that the implementation of the BNSP reinforced by the resilience strategy, with acommunity-based emphasis, will allow for a holistic response to both emergencies and development continuum.
