I've been translating for film and TV since 1999, and in 2012 changed direction somewhat to novels. So far, my work has focused on fantasy and historical-romance novels for AmazonCrossing, Fischer Tor and Piper Verlag, including bestsellers from Bernhard Hennen and Petra Durst-Benning. Australian by birth, widely traveled, I completed my MFA in fiction writing at the University of Oregon in 1995. In 1996, I was shortlisted for the prestigious Australian/Vogel Award for young writers.
