"Accession" in En real estate/property law doesn't seem to have the same meaning as the below definition of 'Accensione' found in an Italian real estate glossary (athough I'm not sure if the glossary entry applies to my context).


Accessione:

“modo di acquisto a titolo originario della proprietà”. Il termine accessione deriva da accessio e significa accrescimento, espansione, aggiunta. Qualunque piantagione, costruzione od opera che esiste o venga realizzata sopra e/o sotto il suolo viene acquistata dal proprietario del fondo stesso, art. 934 e segg. c.c.. L’acquisto avviene in modo del tutto automatico e senza che vi sia alcuna volontà espressa del soggetto che acquista. Tradizionalmente il suolo è considerato la cosa principale, mentre la costruzione realizzata su di esso la cosa accessoria, proprio in ragione del fatto che il suolo può esistere senza la costruzione ma non viceversa. Unico requisito necessario per l’acquisto della proprietà è la definitiva incorporazione dell’opera rispetto al suolo. Le fattispecie tipicamente previste dall’ordinamento riguardano: a) opere fatte dal proprietario sul suolo con materiali altrui art. 935 c.c.; b) opere fatte dal terzo con materiali propri sul fondo altrui art. 936 c.c.; c) opere fatte da un terzo con materiali altrui art. 937 c.c. Il codice civile distingue le diverse ipotesi di accessione (accessione di mobile a mobile, di immobile a immobile e di mobile ad immobile, ovviamente, di proprietari diversi) dettando per ciascuna di esse una disciplina diversa.

In Property law, it is a mode of acquiring property that involves the addition of value to property through labor or the addition of new materials. In English Common law, the added value belonged to the original property's owner. In Modern Common law, if the property owner allows the accession through bad faith, the adder of value is entitled to damages or title to the property.

Spiegazione:
This term is completely redundant in this list. Accession means that an item of moveable property has become incorporated into the flat.

However, this is simply a fixture (i.e. accessorio), so in this context accessori and accessioni are identical in meaning.
