roughly spherical Spiegazione: perche' "round" mi fa pensare piu' a qualcosa di strettamente bidimensionale. "Endosellare" si riferisce alla "sella turcica" - la fossa del cranio dove alloggia l'ipofisi. Vedi: http://www.medicalsystems.it/editor/Caleidoscopio/4_Alagna/_...
