Spiegazione:
I'm not totally sure that main service is right here. "Prestazione principale" is a very specific term in contract law and refers to the main purpose of the contract (which is clearly stated in the contract). Here the injured party is entitled to charge a penalty for non-delivery of part of an order but cannot also demand that the defaulting party perform the main purpose of the contract, i.e. delivery of the goods. Hope I haven't confused matters.

neutrale  DCypher (X): very clear Jean..but maybe (a hybrid) "...performance of the (principal/main) service contracted for" or "performance of [XXX's] obligation under the contract)..." Claire's obligation is quite elegant as it is neutral to provision of goods or service
