Ora, "nutriente" è qualcosa di positivo, perciò mi chiedevo se qui magari si intende "sostanzioso" nel senso di "pesante"... dopo quel "cependant" mi sembra strano ci siano tutte caratteristiche positive e poi una negativa ""meno nutriente").

Nonostante sia bianca e delicata (e quindi appetitosa), è tuttavia gelatinosa e meno nutriente (e quindi sconsigliata). Capisco così ma è ora di pranzo e ho il calo di zuccheri...
