Hi,
I'm looking for a special CMS (content management system for websites) or Wordpress plugin for easy management of online translation websites. It should handle all aspects of an on-line translation service by an independent website of the freelance, such as automatically creating a quote when attaching the file to be translated. Do you have any news about this? Thank you.

Smartling, XTM Cloud and WPML come to mind. They offer connectors or a way to export and reimport XLIFF files.

The first two should also help with the quoting side.
