You can try Almaany website at http://www.almaany.com/, proz glossaries in Automotive field, and you can ask a KudoZ question if you have any terms with no translation available.

In fact you can find many small and variable automotive glossaries on the web, but you need to make your search more specified.

Thanks a lot for your reply, but I was wondering if there is a specialized dictionary for automotive terms not glossaries made by colleagues..

Thanks again for your suggestions they will still be helpful if I don't find the dictionary that I'm looking for

If you need the meaning of a particular phrase, choose the letter which begins the expression.

For numbers, choose the beginning letter of the spelling of the number, e.g., for '2-door' look under 'T' for 'two'

I came across this one and it looks great. It has faceted search for filtering and it is fast.
