最近全く知らない自称翻訳者からCV添付のメールが来るようになりました。

どうもスパムメールのようです。

以前CVを盗用されたというお話が有ったような気がします・・・・。

One of the main spammers/scammers of this industry probably got their hands on your address. This is indeed a well documented issue.
No matter what you reply them, they will keep sending you their junk anywhere between 5 and 50 times a day.

Fortunately, these messages are generally easy to spot (generic mail addresses containing numbers, redundant subjects, etc.), so you may configure a couple of filters on your mail accou... See more

Fortunately, these messages are generally easy to spot (generic mail addresses containing numbers, redundant subjects, etc.), so you may configure a couple of filters on your mail account to send most of these e-mails directly where they belong: the trash/spam folder.

お久しぶりです。実は最近同様のCVが添付されたメールが私の所にも舞い込んできておりまして
これはスパムに違いないと思っていました。CV窃取の件もどこかで目にした覚えがあります。
一目でスパムとわかる特徴がありますからだまされるようなことはないと思われますが、本サイトの
担当者に報告した方がよいかと思っております。

そうなんです、騙される人はいないと思いますが、なんとなくPROZメンバーがターゲットになっているのかなあという印象があります。

同感です。一体どこでCVのような情報が漏れるかはわかりませんが、おそらくプロファイルからのダウンロードなどかと推測しています。気を付けるには越したことはないと思います。
