Moneybookers 再遇问题

别人的Moneybookers都用得好好的，不知怎么到我这儿来，就是一波三折。

上次折腾了很久后，终于成功取出了钱。第一次取了19，拿到了银行的验证码，第二次试着取了50，但很奇怪，没让输入验证码，顺利取出来了。第三次1000多，也很顺利。以为总算苦尽甘来，结果第四次取钱又遇到麻烦。

在提款--输入银行帐户，数额以后，要求输入验证码，输入了第一次取钱给的验证码，还是不行。

补充一句，第四次取钱是收到别人的钱后相隔不到一天试图提款到银行的。

各位曾经遇到过这么奇怪的事情吗？

另外，在美国从moneybookers取钱和在国内的办法一样吗？有人成功从美国取出来过钱吗？我是给Moneybookers整怕了，所以先问清楚保险点。
