请推荐一款好用的免费定时软件

我想装一个能隔一段时间（比如一个小时或半个小时）提醒我休息一下的软件。有好用的给推荐一个吧！要免费的哦！:-D

谢谢。我下载安装了，但没有找到我要的功能。如果有，请告诉我如何设置。
其实我只需要一个闹钟功能，能设置多长时间闹一次就行。你推荐的这款软件是管理日程的。

谢谢Steve提供的链接，里面的软件太多了！看了好一会，有点无从下手。

索性搜索中文“电脑闹钟”，于是找到这个：

装上了，里面有一个报时功能，可以选择一个小时，半个小时，一刻钟，正适合我的需要。先用用看。

You're welcome. It's a very good idea to schedule regular breaks. I used to be pretty bad about taking breaks too, but at least I would often take a quick spin home at noon, since home was so close to work.

This program was specifically written for the purpose of scheduling breaks. It's for a Mac though ...

只能设置两个闹铃。显然不够。
