There is one place in the whole text that actually has the dots, but from my link (same target client), this seems more reasonable.
I am familiar with shrnk wraps, but I couldn't see how that relates to the asked term.

My initial thought is that the double "ten" was omitted, and the term thus could be 'skid packing', where 'skid' could be a support or braking structure. But with no context, it is difficlut to be certain.
