I can't decide whether the little "në" means "in" or "to" in this context. What's your opinion?

Maybe the Swedish translation (my target language) would be the equivalent to "transfer to our mother", without the word "name" here, because it is confusing. It would look like "transfer by her to anybody".

: Am not sure if 'passing the property' would be the correct term. Passing a property happens in case of sale, and this document is not about a sale but inheritance after death.

There is a legal procedure to get the property transferred in the name of the legal heirs or beneficiaries
Discussion
I mean will it be 'transfer' or 'register' or both.
My personal preference would be 'register in her name....' because inheritance deedsafter death are mostly about transfering the ownership title of property(ies) to the rightful family members.
what is more, this transfer is nothing more than registering the property(ies) in the name of those family members.

This legal process consists of various steps, and each step implies a different procedure in its own - at least in Albania.
In this context 'te kaloje' imlplies 'te transferoje' as a broader term that foresees any procedure related to the transfer of the properties.
Thus, 'in her name' would be the closest to accurate I can think of.
Hope I helped (except for the initial confusions , for which I apologize).
Happy to elaborae more if it helps.
Am deleting the answer for obvious reasons.
Ir i not about your English either, rather than the Albanian used in this power of attorney.
Will follow up here (in the discussion thread) with my understanding
I also wonder if "emri" in this case equals "property rights". If so, this covers both "on behalf of" and "in the interest of".
