Danish term
tilkommet
Danish to English
Medical
Medical: Cardiology
Microscopy exam
Hi, I'd like to verify how best to translate tilkommet used as an adjective in medical reports. Examples
Kliniske oplysninger:
Diagnose: c. visicae operata, obs metastaser
Tilkommet patologisk udseende lymfeknuder i hø lyske.
and
Tilkommet mistanke om 3 reciidiver i bækkenet
I'm thinking "appearance/occurrence of" or simply omitted in English
Thanks for your help!

developed
I would go with "developed" as it describes a development over time (something new or something increasing, on top of other symptoms, or already present symptoms changing character - usually to the worse), while the other words that are suggested are more static, just describing that these symptoms are present here and now, and not whether they have developed.
There are plenty of examples of medical sites using developed in their descriptions of different diseases.

Example sentence:
Development of neck and hand-wrist symptoms in relation to duration of computer use at work

1 hr
occurrence
I would go with "occurrence" in this case. "Tilkommet" suggests to me that it is something new, so I probably wouldn't leave it blank.
