я не очень понимаю, зачем тут fully, потому что fully stayed получается dismissed

Bankruptcy or Insolvency. The rendering, by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, of a decree or order (i) adjudging a Member bankrupt or insolvent; or (ii) approving as properly filed a petition seeking reorganization, readjustment, arrangement, composition, or similar relief for a Member under the federal bankruptcy laws or any other similar applicable law or practice, and if such decree or order referred to in this Section 7.01(e) shall have continued undischarged and unstayed for a period of sixty (60) days;

Bankruptcy or Insolvency. The Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries (i) becomes insolvent or admits its inability to pay its debts generally as they become due; (ii) becomes subject, voluntarily or involuntarily, to any proceeding under any domestic or foreign bankruptcy or insolvency law, which is not fully stayed within seven (7) days or is not dismissed or vacated within forty-five (45) days after filing; (iii) makes a general assignment for the benefit of creditors; or (iv) has a receiver, trustee, custodian or similar agent appointed by order of any court of competent jurisdiction to take charge of or sell any material portion of its property or business.

A receiver, conservator, liquidator or trustee of Borrower or any of its subsidiaries is appointed by order of decree of any court or agency or supervisory authority having jurisdiction; or any order for relief is entered against Borrower or any if its subsidiaries under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code; or Borrower or any of its subsidiaries files for bankruptcy protection under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code or any involuntary bankruptcy in which it or any of its subsidiaries is a named debtor is filed; or Borrower or any of its subsidiaries is adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent; or any property of Borrower is sequestered by court order and such order remains in effect for more than ninety (90) days; or a petition is filed by or against Borrower or any of its subsidiaries under any state, reorganization, arrangement, insolvency, readjustment of debt, dissolution, liquidation, or receivership law of any jurisdiction, whether now or hereafter in effect and such petition remains unstayed for more than ninety (90) days
