suggestion: prime account executive "ejecutivo de cuenta Premier" might correspond to "prime account executive" but I am not sure. I am also unsure whether "Premier" is the correct term or whether it itself is in turn a rather unfortunate translation of the English term "prime". You would have to check all context occurrences of this term to make absolutely sure - or send an inquiry to the client.
