@Asker Here, it would be ON Calle 13 at the intersection OF Carrera 86. "In the street" refers to someone or something physically being on the pavement, in the middle of the road. ;-)

In the US, they don't say 'at the intersection of'. Instead, AND between two streets means at the intersection of.
