Ściąganie przestępstwa

Polish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Skuteczne ściąganie tego przestępstwa
The broader topic is trafficking in human beings (with a focus on children). I have found few references to this on google.pl, and they seem to refer to Article 160 of the Penal Code, which, when I look it up, seems to have nothing to do with the topic in question.

Thank you so much! I think it was one of those moments where I read the sentence ten times trying to make sense of it, and it just stuck in my head as 'ściąganie' - obviously a typo by the author. Silly me for not picking up on it :(
