However, that does not prevent you from citing other terms as part of your context, which you are now gradually revealing to us one tiny snippet at a time.
So this is not a "public offering" after all; it seems to be a 'call for tenders', presumably therefore for the SUPPLY of these arms? Please make sure you add any clarifications here to your other question as well!
So now we are beginning to get a picture of the broad categories of arms involved; please can you give us more examples of the individual arms within those categories?
For a start, what do you mean by an 'offering' — are you saying that the Ministry of Defence is selling off these surplus weapons?
Also, it might help to work it out by elimination if we knew what other weapons may also be being sold off — for example, rocket launchers, Exocet missiles, Polaris submarines... ? It would be terrifically helpful to have a broader overall picture of the categories of weapons being offered.
If all else fails, I'd suggest a phone call to the relevant department of the Ministry concerned...
