Hi there,
I'm translating a agreemant between a company and another person. The agreement repeats lots of times "claiming party". I understand that it refers to the "parte reclamante, demandante". Do you agree?

parte actora

parte demandante
It's another option to parte actora. The same it may depend also how are you translating the other side. If you translate it "parte demandada", I believe "parte demandante" is better and more clear. The same is only a suggestion. Good luck.
