No estoy realmente seguro, pero por ahí le emboco, tu podrás ver según el contexto.
En fin, mi idea es que QUIZÁS se esté refiriendo a que el centro de datos ofrezca capacidad de respaldo N+1 activo-activo, o sea que frente a una caída del sistema principal, el sistema de respaldo (perfectamente sincronizado) toma el control de forma transparente para el usuario.
