Some people rent a home every year during the summer. When they get there, they have to do a lot of cleaning so it will be ready. There is a lot of action with water, kids getting in the way, people wanting to eat, etc. Describing the situation, a lady says:

هى حوسة برضه بينى و بينك عشان تفتح و تنضف
‫ و اللى داخل و اللى طالع و
bazwata
‫ و كله عايز ياكل
لا التلبيخ بقى المية و العيال

I guess the there is a "و" missing. It is supposed to be
ولا التلبيخ بقى" .. المية و العيال "

"let alone the mess ..."

She says that the children and the water will leave a mess / will mess the floor.
