Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)

Hello, I'm not sure what this is called, or if there is a specific set term for this. I can describe it, it is when a business wants to offer itself for sale, but doesn't want this information to be 100% public (could hurt share price/investor confidence, etc.). So, it's an announcement in which all of the important information about the business is provided *but not the name or anything which could be used to identify the actual company for sale*. Potential buyers are then vetted, and if they meet the sellers criteria, if they are not just fishing for information, then they are given full contact information.
