Contratto di vendita di un immobile
Salve,
traducendo una dichiarazione notarile molto succinta relativa al contratto di vendita di un immobile ho trovato alcuni acronimi/abbreviazioni di cui non riesco a trovare il significato. Uno di questi è il termine sopra indicato.
Il passaggio dice:
) fabbricato sito al piano T , composto di vani catastali quattro , censito in catasto fabbricati di Paperopoli al foglio 1000, particella 1000 sub 1000 (graffate) z.c.l cat 1000 cl (classe) 1000, vani 4 sup. cat. 84 RCE 1000 via dela pace n.1000 p.T 1

p. 3/3 (oben):
Falls also der ***effektive Ertrag*** oder der so errechnete ***jährliche "reddito catastale", "reddito agrario" oder "reddito dominicale"*** den Betrag von etwa Euro 180,00 im Jahr übersteigt, muß die Steuererklärung abgegeben und die betreffende Einkommensteuer (IRPEF für natürliche Personen, IRPEG für juristische Personen) bezahlt werden.

ho visto che abbiamo indicato la stessa fonte per le nostre proposte......credo comunque che la E stia per "Euro" piuttosto di "effettivo"
