French term

collège maîtrise

French to English Bus/Financial Human Resources
This is from a collective bargain agreement from the Republic of the Congo
It mentions three "collèges": "exécution", "maîtrise" and "cadre".
Some sort of trade union classification.
Any ideas.

the "collèges" are "categories" "employees (blue collar)", "supervisors", "managers"

middle management representative body

"Supervisor" est théoriquement juste - mais ce mot ne rend pas la différence en français entre "cadre" (top management) et "maîtrise" (middle, ou intermediate management).
They do not contribute to the same pension fund: cadres = AGIRC, non cadres = ARCCO !
