Perhaps simply Art books, as fashion and clothing/textile design are typically included as one of the arts. As opposed to Fine Art Books, or books on the Fine Arts, which would be limited to painting & sculpture.

I've checked a couple of bookstores online and most have fashion books under the category of art books.
