La única definición que he encontrado es la siguiente: El crédito con garantía líquida (conocido también como back to back), es un crédito garantizado con un certificado de depósito a plazo (CDP) emitido por el Banco.
Está dirigido a aquellos inversionistas que requieren préstamos personales y que para no disponer de sus inversiones, solicitan un préstamo al Banco y otorgan como garantía un certificado de depósito a plazo.
Sin embargo el back to back loan tiene una connotación totalmente diferente, según investorwords.com: An arrangement in which two companies in different countries borrow each other's currency for a given period of time, in order reduce foreign exchange risk for both of them. also called parallel loans.
