Portuguese term
procuradoria
Portuguese to English
Law/Patents
Nova estrutura do INSS
Rede de Procuradorias redimensionada e classificada em dois portes A e B, . . .
Obviously this is not an Office of the Public Prosecutor. Can anyone confirm whether these are Legal Departments within INSS offices?

Attorneys General
Mine is not a new answer -- telef is right -- i just wanted to correct the plural which is Attorneys General. (Note that this is at a national or state level. At a lower level, they are sometimes indeed called public prosecutors or, more often, district attorneys.)
2 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "After translating another document, I realize that the Office of the Attorney General in each region is part of the Collegiate Board (my translation) governing the INSS, even though it is not actually under the INSS.
Thanks"

It is namely "Office(s) of Public Prosecutor(s)"!
procuradoria = office of public prosecutor
Nova estrutura do INSS = New structure of INSS (maybe International Naval etc.?)
Rede de Procuradorias redimensionada e classificada em dois portes A e B, . . . this means a network of resized and classified public prosecutor (or prosecution) offices in the two ports A and B...
Persons who investigate cases (meybe criminal events) are called prosecutors, by "procuradoria" they mean namely offices but not departments since prosecutor's activity is independent of other bosses except for General Prosecutor.

To my colleagues:
I know the common definition of "procuradoria" as Office of the Public Prosecutor, but it doesn't seem right at all in this context since this is a division of the regional offices of the National Social Security Institute. My gut feeling is that this is a Legal Department, i.e., a department of lawyers who handle primarily civil cases related to administrative litigation.
The entire context argues strongly against anything to do with the Public Prosecutor's Office.

Regional offices of the INSS
May be that's not a great translation, but I think it means, that INSS has offices for the attention of the members
