Denaturate all samples for 15mins.
The exact process will depend on the samples and what is being achieved by the denaturation.
Wikipedia is always good for this stuff - Look for the article in the source language and bottom left is a list of the same article in other languages.

apologies, my bad, I was first but Edith is actually right - its "denatured" rather than denaturation/denaturated
The exact process will depend on the samples and what is being achieved by the denaturation.
