“Troquelado” is definitely die-cutting, and “ranuras" are slots:
Product brochure in Spanish:
El módulo de troquelado/hojeado tiene 3 ubicaciones
que incluyen dos estaciones de troquelado con ranuras
de 11/2”, perfecto para el troquelado del lado inferior

Product brochure in English:
Diecut/Sheeting Module has 3 locations including two
diecut stations with 11⁄2" slots – great for
underside diecutting

However, I can’t find a single reference to “troquelado de ranuras”. I would hazard a guess that, in your context (cover of a brochure), it probably refers to slots that are die-cut in the cover to allow for the insertion of a business card (I’ve seen many brochures and folders of this type).
Before implementing any of these suggestions, be sure to imprint the back side of the brochure with a high quality rubber stamp or laser print your practice information onto clear adhesive labels, and then ***insert two business cards into the die cut slots provided.***

thank you, that's what I was trying for (rather than the literal "die cutting of slots")
